ADHD/Autism assessments

Referrals to community Paediatrician for ADHD/Autism must be done by SEND at the your child’s school, or via the Health Visitor if they do not yet attend school. Referrals cannot be made by the GP.

If your child has been referred by the 0-19 team to community paediatrics for ADHD assessment and you wish to change the provider under “Right to Choose” please contact us and let us know the name of your chosen provider so that we can make the referral if appropriate.
