“Online appointment bookings are currently suspended due to Coronavirus and the need to triage all appointments before patients attend the Practice. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.”

All consultations are by appointment. You may wish to request to be seen by the practitioner of your choice, although this will be dependent on availability and may mean that you will wait longer to be seen.

Appointments will be released at 8am every weekday morning and are available to pre-book up to 2 weeks in advance, with these appointments being released at intervals of 1/2/7 and 21 days ahead. We offer limited appointments to book on the day for urgent/acute problems. We also offer pre bookable appointments for telephone advice from the GP. The receptionists will ask for a brief reason for your call in order to navigate or signpost you to the most appropriate service or clinician, within a suitable time frame.

GP Extended Hours - Patients registered with a GP in Wirral can access appointments at various locations between Monday to Friday 6.30pm - 8.00pm & Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm. The times and services offered at different venues will vary.  To book an appointment speak to our Reception team on 0151 643 6700 or from 10am to 6pm at weekends call 0151 652 6077.

Please cancel appointments that are not needed with as much notice as possible, to enable us to offer them to somebody else. Patients who consistently fail to attend for appointments may be removed from our practice list.

On-line access

On-line access enables patients to book appointments on-line or request prescriptions, at any time. We also now offer access to certain aspects of your medical records on-line. Please ask at reception to register for this service.

Our automated telephone system also allows patients to book check or cancel appointments 24 hours a day.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
